Membership in the Association is subject to the rules and governing documents of the Association. ASA does not discriminate based on factors outside of those rules and governing documents. A company being listed on the member list should not be the only factor evaluated when approving a company for a business transaction as there may be legal requirements that must be checked and other business factors that should be evaluated.
